To Upload a Photograph To our Album:
- Enter the Master Password
- Enter a Suitable & Brief Description of the Occasion - May Be 20~30 Words
- Enter Your Name
- Enter Roll Number
- Standing & Sitting Lists, if you want
- Click the Browse Button & Select the Image from your Hard Disk to Upload
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The Occasion, Your Name & Roll Number fields are Required.
- Try to keep the Photograph sizes small - to ensure a quick loading page. Ideally, these should be about 5" x 3-1/2" size. But definitely NO bigger than 7" x 5".
- You can only upload Photographs with .jpg or .gif file extension. You can not upload photographs with .bmp, .exe etc.
To Edit or Delete a Photograph in our Album:
- Enter the Master Password
- Enter a the Description of the Photograph you posted (A few words will do)
- Then the usual process!
- PLEASE REMEMBER - You CAN NOT Edit/Change the Photograph Itself - just the Texts you entered can be Edited.
- If you have Uploaded the Wrong Photograph by Mistake, then the best thing to do will be to search it out & Delete the Whole record & then Re-Post All Over Again with the Correct Photo.
